Project Overview
This project is a dynamic software solution developed to reduce operational costs and increase route efficiency for road transport companies. The system, working with real-time data, provides intelligent decision support tools for both load distribution and route planning.

Project Purpose:
To prevent time loss and resource waste caused by manual planning by proposing the most suitable route and load plan for each vehicle. This way, fuel consumption, empty kilometer rates and delays are reduced.

Needs Analysis & Data Collection
In the first step of the project, existing transportation processes were examined in detail in close cooperation with the customer. Operational parameters such as vehicle capacities, route data, delivery times and load types were analyzed.
